Our Story
How it all began
The story of GiiV is quite a personal one.
Three brothers had lost their beloved mom sometime in 2017 and along with the harsh reality of her passing, they had to watch some of what was left of her possession start to spoil since they were unmarried, and being men, aren't allowed to wear nor use any of them.
This was the light bulb moment!
The months after, saw the brothers teaming up with seven young amazing individuals to start a movement with the ultimate ambition of rekindling the act of charity in the minds of every African and leveraging technology to make to easy and accessible for all.
This ambition birthed GiiV registered as The Morenike Jasanya Foundation; a platform that seeks to bridge the gap between need centers and the public by providing an avenue where the latter can conveniently provide for the former with little to zero stress.
It does this by anticipating people’s needs and offering GiiVers (users of the Website/app) an easy way to contribute towards meeting those needs.
