  • Q. What do I need for registration?

    Nothing too serious! A valid email address and your phone number. No documentation, none whatsoever.

  • Can I easily cancel my subscription if I no longer wish to continue?

    Absolutely! ProjectGiiV values your freedom of choice and makes it easy for you to manage your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time through our user-friendly online platform or by contacting our customer support team. We believe in providing a hassle-free experience for our subscribers, and we respect your decision to cancel if needed.

  • How much can I contribute and how often can I?

    This is perhaps the best part. You are free to donate any amount you so desire, and as regularly as you can. You can also end the subscription anytime you want.

  • Q. Can I be anonymous?

    Absolutely you can. The box containing the items you gave will be labelled anonymous and delivered. If you don’t want to be, the box will have your name on it.

  • How will I know if my items were delivered?

    At the point of delivery, Project GiiV will do a video recording of the handover and have the recipients express their gratitude to you. We will also have the manager of the centre confirm the quantity of the content and the quality too. Both the videos and the certificate of receipt will be sent to you via mail.

  • Can I donate other things apart from money?

    Sure! We are happy to receive all your kind donations in the form of food, shoes, clothes, books, volunteering and others. All you have to do is log on to our website and register. Indicate what you want to give and which centre you would like to give it to and boom, we will show up on the agreed date to pick up and deliver on your behalf with zero cost to you

  • Q. I don’t want my personal items in the hands of random people who may really not need them?

    We are focusing on need centers and care homes that have been registered and licenced by the government of the State they are practicing. You can trust they indeed have need of the items.

  • Q. How do I know which need centre you are taking my belongings to?

    The power is in your hands. On the platform are as many registered need centers as possible, you will decide by yourself where you want your items delivered to and we will.

    Nothing! Nothing at all. We just want to help you do good.

    Every funds received via the Paystack platform is first subject to the platform’s commission. 10% of the balance is set aside for logistics and the bulk some of what is left is spent towards the project of the month which can range from buying food stuff and other necessities to the charity home.     Nothing at all. Nothing will happen to your subscription, your account or your card. There will neither be a financial implication nor sanction. Funds donated towards ProjectGiiV are out of freewill and that must be respected. To make it easy, we will always send a reminder mail days before the fund is due and even if you don’t pay that month, we will understand and move on to the next month.
